CCC Leader

The CCC Leader is very much what a typical Leader should be. There are no complicated synergies with the CCC Leader. He is straightforward and has several different ways to be effective in a skirmish. He is effective at combat, buffing group members, causing armor failure, resisting armor failure, and has high survivability.
